One on one training

One on one training is personalized from the start, from the assessment to goal setting. You get custom workouts in a private setting, real time feedback from expert eyes and consistent support from a coach focused solely on helping you move better, get stronger, go beyond you limitations and stay accountable

Semi-Private training

Semi-private training is a small group workout - usually 2 to 6 friends- led by a coach who gives you personalized guidance while keeping the vibe fun and social. You still get tailored coaching that fits your goals, and form checks, just with shared energy, motivation and lower cost that private sessions.

Small group personal training & Large group class

Our small group personal training delivers personalized coaching in a group of 8 to 12 people. From strength, to muscle building and conditioning, it blends the structure and quality of personal training with the energy, accountability and affordability of a group setting. Our large group - up to 20 people - are high energy and the coach will lead you through timed stations focused on strength, coordination, cardio, mobility, Everyone moves together, rotating through exercises for a fast, fun and motivating session. It's less personalized but big on community, intensity and overall fitness.
